Visa  to Vietnam can be applied in person at the Embassy of Vietnam in Vienna or by mail/post to the Embassy’s  address. The required documents are as follows:

-  Original PASSPORT (which requires at least 01 month validity prior the date of exit from Vietnam and/or 06 month validity to meet airlines’ requirements).
- Application form, which must be completed, signed and attached with 01 original photo (download here)
- One photo (4x6cm)
- A self-addressed registered return envelope (if by mail);
- Visa fee: Please contact the Embassy for information on current visa fees. Applicants may submit visa fee in cash together with their passports or a copy of banking transfer.

Processing time:

It takes from 3 to 5 working days to process visa applications. It is recommended that you send us your aboved - mentioned documents 7 days before your departure. Don't hesitate to make a phone call if you have any questions.
