THE EMBASSY OF VIETNAM ANNOUNCES THE FOLLOWING:

  • The Embassy will be closed on Monday, July 21, 2025. Consular services will not be available on this day.
  • A replacement consular service session will be offered from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Thursday, July 24, 2025.

  • Opening hours: Every Monday and Wednesday from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm
  • The embassy will be closed on the public holidays of Austria and Vietnam. Short-term changes to the opening hours are reserved. Applicants are advised to inquire about the updated opening hours before visiting the Embassy.
  • During the opening hours of the Consular Department, telephone inquiries will not be answered.
