Starting from 07/03/2020, due to the recent Covid-19 outbreak, all travelers, who have available visas are required to fill a health declaration form online.

Please navigate to  http://suckhoetoandan.vn/khaiyte  to fill in the form. A QR code will be generated after form completion. You can then scan the QR code upon arrival in Vietnam.
