- Application form for certificate of no marriage at the Embassy of the form (download here) http://dantri.com

- Confirm no wife, no husband, state agencies competent to grant Vietnam's new (used to get married in Austria);

- Confirmation of residence of Austrian government in which section declared marital status: single (ledig), divorce (geschieden), ... (to supplement marriage records in Vietnam);

- Birth certificate, if the copy must be notarized;

- Copy of passport;

- The fee (cash or bank transfer). Where a transfer request to submit a certification of a bank transfer.
