A dossier comprises:
- The declaration of marriage, signed by both males and females(download here);
- Confirm no wife, no husband, state agencies competent to grantVietnam's new (original, marked with red - not a copy, includingnotarized copies).
- If the proposed marriage has been residing in a 3rd countryshould be certified by the representative offices of Vietnam in the3rd that the marital status of the applicant;
- Confirmation of the rights of residence in a section declarationfamily status (ledig, geschieden, ...);
- Birth certificate, if the copy must be notarized;
- Copy of passport (will be checked against the originalpassport).
- The fee (cash or bank transfer). Where a transfer, please send along a confirmed record of the bank transfer.
